対象アプリ: トゥントゥン脱出 / ThungThungEscape（com.wasabibeans.thungthungescape）
この利用規約は、トゥントゥン脱出（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。ユーザーは、本規約とプライバシーポリシーに同意した上で本アプリを利用するものとします。
本アプリは、無料・オフラインで遊べる一人称ホラー脱出ゲームです。暗い施設を探索し、カードキーを集め、出口を目指すゲーム体験を提供します。本アプリは、恐怖表現、暗所表現、音による演出を含みます。
ユーザーは、自己の責任で本アプリを利用するものとします。体調がすぐれない場合、強い恐怖表現や暗い画面が苦手な場合は、無理に利用しないでください。
本アプリに含まれる画像、音、文章、ゲーム内容、その他のコンテンツに関する権利は、WasabiBeansまたは正当な権利者に帰属します。本規約は、ユーザーにこれらの権利を譲渡するものではありません。
本アプリは現状有姿（AS IS）で提供されます。開発者は、本アプリの完全性、正確性、継続提供、特定目的への適合性、データ保存の永続性を保証しません。本アプリの利用により発生した直接・間接の損害、逸失利益、データ損失について、開発者は法令で認められる範囲で責任を負いません。損害賠償責任が認められる場合でも、その上限はユーザーが本アプリに対して実際に支払った金額までとします。ただし、法令上免責または制限できない責任については、この限りではありません。
開発者は、必要に応じて本アプリの内容、本規約、提供方法を変更する場合があります。また、やむを得ない事情により、本アプリの提供を終了する場合があります。
本規約は日本法に準拠します。本アプリに関して紛争が生じた場合、開発者の住所地を管轄する地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

These Terms of Use set out the conditions for using ThungThungEscape. By using the app, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
The app is a free offline first-person horror escape game. It provides a game experience where you explore a dark facility, collect keycards, and search for the exit. The app includes horror, darkness, and sound-based effects.
You use the app at your own responsibility. If you feel unwell or are uncomfortable with horror effects or dark screens, please stop using the app.
Rights to images, sounds, text, gameplay content, and other materials included in the app belong to WasabiBeans or the lawful rights holders. These Terms do not transfer those rights to users.
The app is provided as is. WasabiBeans does not guarantee completeness, accuracy, continuous availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or permanent data storage. To the extent permitted by law, WasabiBeans is not liable for direct or indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss arising from use of the app. If liability is recognized, the maximum liability is limited to the amount actually paid by the user for the app. This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
WasabiBeans may change the app, these Terms, or the method of providing the app when necessary. WasabiBeans may also terminate the app if unavoidable circumstances arise.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute related to the app will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the district court having jurisdiction over the developer's address as the court of first instance.
