HealthyMeal プライバシーポリシー

第1条（個人情報の定義とローカル保存の仕組み）

1. 本アプリは、ユーザーのプライバシーを最優先に保護するため、ユーザーが入力した一切のデータ（身長、体重、年齢、性別、体脂肪率、目標体重、目標体脂肪率、活動レベル、減量・増量期間、目標調整カロリー、除外食材設定、日々の食事ログ、水分摂取量、トレーニング履歴、しば犬の育成データ、連続記録ストリークなど）を、ユーザーが所有するiOS端末（デバイス内）のセキュアなローカル環境（UserDefaultsおよびローカルファイル）にのみ保存します。ただし、ユーザーが明示的にApple ヘルスケア連携を許可した場合に限り、体重および水分摂取量のデータがApple ヘルスケア（HealthKit）に書き込まれます。ヘルスケアに保存されたデータは、Apple社のプライバシーポリシーに基づいてユーザーの端末内で管理され、当開発者がアクセスすることはできません。
2. 当開発者は、ユーザーが本アプリに入力した上記データを、当開発者が管理する外部サーバーへ送信・収集・蓄積することは一切いたしません。したがって、当開発者がユーザーの身体情報や利用履歴などの個人データを閲覧・保有・管理することは技術的・物理的に不可能です。

第2条（広告配信およびアナリティクスについて）

1. 広告配信：本アプリは広告収入による無料提供・維持のため、Google AdMobを導入して、バナー広告、インタースティシャル広告、リワード広告を表示する場合があります。リワード広告は、ユーザーが任意で視聴した場合にアプリ内ボーナスを付与する形式の広告です。広告配信事業者（Google Inc.およびそのパートナーなど）が広告の最適化（パーソナライズ広告の配信）や配信制限、不正クリック検知などの目的で、ユーザーの同意（ATT: App Tracking Transparencyの許可）に基づき、ユーザーの端末識別子（IDFA等）やクッキー、利用状況データを自動的に取得する場合があります。これらの情報は、各広告配信事業者のプライバシーポリシーに基づいて管理され、当開発者が直接取得・保管することはありません。ATT許可を拒否された場合でも、本アプリは引き続き問題なくご利用いただけます。
2. サブスクリプション管理：本アプリはプレミアム機能「しばサポーター」の購入状態、復元、サブスクリプション有効判定のため、RevenueCatを利用する場合があります。RevenueCatはApp Storeの購入情報や匿名のアプリ内ユーザー識別子を処理し、当開発者は購入状態の確認に必要な範囲で利用します。クレジットカード番号等の決済情報はApple社によって管理され、当開発者が取得・保存することはありません。
3. アクセス解析：本アプリの品質改善、パフォーマンス向上、または不具合検知（バグ修正）のため、匿名化された統計的クラッシュレポートや利用状況データ（Firebase Crashlytics等）を送信することがあります。これらのデータには個人を特定する情報は一切含まれず、アプリの技術的改善目的でのみ利用されます。

第3条（Apple ヘルスケア連携について）

1. 本アプリは、ユーザーが明示的に許可した場合に限り、Apple ヘルスケア（HealthKit）との連携機能を提供します。
2. 読み取るデータ：歩数（StepCount）、アクティブ消費カロリー（ActiveEnergyBurned）
3. 書き込むデータ：体重（BodyMass）、水分摂取量（DietaryWater）
4. ヘルスケアデータの読み取り・書き込みは、ユーザーがiOSの権限画面で明示的に許可した項目についてのみ行われます。
5. 本アプリがヘルスケアから読み取ったデータは、アプリ内の画面表示にのみ使用され、外部サーバーへ送信されることはありません。
6. ヘルスケア連携を停止したい場合は、iPhoneの「設定」＞「ヘルスケア」＞「データアクセスとデバイス」＞「HealthyMeal」から本アプリの権限を無効にしてください。

第4条（プッシュ通知について）

1. 本アプリは、ユーザーが明示的に許可した場合に限り、食事・水分補給・筋トレのリマインダーとしてプッシュ通知を送信します。
2. 通知はユーザーの端末上でローカルに生成されるものであり、外部サーバーを経由して送信されるものではありません。
3. 通知を停止するには、アプリ内のマイページ設定から各通知をオフにするか、iOSの「設定」＞「通知」から本アプリの通知を無効にしてください。

第5条（SNSシェア機能について）

1. 本アプリは、ユーザーの操作により、その日の記録をカード画像として生成し、SNS等に共有する機能を提供します。
2. シェアカード画像の生成はユーザーの端末内で行われ、ユーザーが明示的に共有操作を行わない限り、データが外部に送信されることはありません。
3. 共有先のSNSプラットフォームにおけるデータの取り扱いは、各プラットフォームのプライバシーポリシーに従います。

第6条（情報の第三者提供について）

当開発者は、第1条の通りユーザーのデータを保有しないため、いかなる場合であっても、ユーザーのデータを第三者に提供、販売、共有、または開示することは一切ありません。法令に基づく適法な開示要請があった場合でも、当開発者が保有していないデータを提供することは物理的に不可能です。

第7条（情報の安全管理およびユーザー自身によるデータ消去）

1. ユーザーの入力情報は、iOSシステムが提供するセキュアなアプリケーション領域にローカル保存されます。
2. 本アプリに記録されたすべてのデータを消去したい場合は、アプリ内から個別に削除するか、またはiOS端末上から本アプリを完全にアンインストール（削除）することで、ローカル端末内のデータもすべて安全に即時消去されます。
3. Apple ヘルスケアに書き込まれたデータは、アプリを削除しても自動的には消去されません。ヘルスケアアプリ内から個別に削除してください。

第8条（本ポリシーの変更）

当開発者は、法令の変更、アプリの機能追加、またはその他合理的な理由により、本ポリシーを予告なく改定することがあります。改定されたプライバシーポリシーは、本アプリ内または当開発者のWebサイト上で公開された時点から適用されるものとします。

Article 1 (Definition of Personal Information and Local Storage Mechanism)

1. To protect user privacy as its highest priority, this app stores all data entered by users (height, weight, age, sex, body fat percentage, target weight, target body fat percentage, activity level, weight loss or weight gain period, target calorie adjustment, excluded ingredient settings, daily meal logs, water intake, training history, Shiba dog growth data, consecutive record streaks, and similar data) only in the secure local environment (UserDefaults and local files) on the iOS device owned by the user. However, only when the user explicitly permits Apple Health integration, weight and water intake data will be written to Apple Health (HealthKit). Data stored in Health is managed on the user's device under Apple's privacy policy, and the developer cannot access it.
2. The developer does not send, collect, or store the above data entered by users in this app on any external server managed by the developer. Therefore, it is technically and physically impossible for the developer to view, hold, or manage personal data such as users' physical information or usage history.

Article 2 (Advertising and Analytics)

1. Advertising: To provide and maintain this app for free through advertising revenue, this app may use Google AdMob to display banner ads, interstitial ads, and rewarded ads. Rewarded ads are ads that grant in-app bonuses when users voluntarily watch them. Advertising providers (including Google Inc. and its partners) may automatically obtain users' device identifiers (such as IDFA), cookies, and usage data based on user consent (ATT: App Tracking Transparency permission) for purposes such as ad optimization (personalized ad delivery), delivery restrictions, and fraudulent click detection. This information is managed under the privacy policies of each advertising provider and is not directly obtained or stored by the developer. Even if ATT permission is denied, users can continue to use this app without issue.
2. Subscription management: This app may use RevenueCat to determine the purchase status, restoration, and subscription validity of the premium feature "Shiba Supporter." RevenueCat processes App Store purchase information and anonymous in-app user identifiers, and the developer uses this only to the extent necessary to confirm purchase status. Payment information such as credit card numbers is managed by Apple and is not obtained or stored by the developer.
3. Analytics: To improve the quality and performance of this app, or to detect defects (bug fixes), anonymized statistical crash reports and usage data (such as Firebase Crashlytics) may be transmitted. This data does not include any information that identifies individuals and is used only for the technical improvement of the app.

Article 3 (Apple Health Integration)

1. This app provides integration with Apple Health (HealthKit) only when the user explicitly permits it.
2. Data read: Step count (StepCount), active energy burned (ActiveEnergyBurned)
3. Data written: Body weight (BodyMass), water intake (DietaryWater)
4. Health data is read and written only for items that the user has explicitly permitted on the iOS permission screen.
5. Data read by this app from Health is used only for display within the app and is not sent to any external server.
6. To stop Health integration, disable this app's permissions from iPhone Settings > Health > Data Access & Devices > HealthyMeal.

Article 4 (Push Notifications)

1. This app sends push notifications as meal, hydration, and workout reminders only when the user explicitly permits them.
2. Notifications are generated locally on the user's device and are not sent through an external server.
3. To stop notifications, turn off each notification in the My Page settings inside the app, or disable this app's notifications from iOS Settings > Notifications.

Article 5 (SNS Sharing Feature)

1. This app provides a feature that, through user operation, generates the day's record as a card image and shares it to SNS and similar services.
2. The share card image is generated on the user's device, and no data is sent externally unless the user explicitly performs a sharing action.
3. The handling of data on the destination SNS platform follows the privacy policy of each platform.

Article 6 (Provision of Information to Third Parties)

As stated in Article 1, the developer does not hold user data, and therefore does not provide, sell, share, or disclose user data to any third party under any circumstances. Even if a lawful disclosure request is made under applicable laws and regulations, it is physically impossible for the developer to provide data that the developer does not hold.

Article 7 (Information Security Management and Data Deletion by Users)

1. User-entered information is stored locally in the secure application area provided by the iOS system.
2. If users wish to delete all data recorded in this app, they can delete it individually from within the app or completely uninstall (delete) this app from the iOS device, which will safely and immediately delete all data stored locally on the device.
3. Data written to Apple Health is not automatically deleted when the app is deleted. Please delete it individually from within the Health app.

Article 8 (Changes to This Policy)

The developer may revise this policy without prior notice due to changes in laws and regulations, additions of app features, or other reasonable reasons. The revised Privacy Policy will apply from the time it is published in this app or on the developer's website.
