HealthyMeal 利用規約

第1条（適用）

本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、開発者が提供するiOSアプリケーション「HealthyMeal - AI健康献立と初心者筋トレ管理」（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。ユーザーは本アプリをダウンロードまたは使用することにより、本規約に同意したものとみなします。

第2条（サービス内容）

本アプリは以下のサービスを提供します：

• AIによる献立提案
• 栄養バランス（PFC）の計算・表示
• 初心者向け筋力トレーニングの提案
• 水分摂取・体重の記録管理
• しば犬キャラクターによる育成要素
• プッシュ通知によるリマインダー機能（食事・水分補給・筋トレ）
• Apple ヘルスケア（HealthKit）との連携（歩数・アクティブ消費カロリーの表示、体重・水分データの自動書き込み）
• 基礎代謝量（BMR）、1日の総消費カロリー（TDEE）、減量・増量期間に応じた目標摂取カロリーの目安表示
• SNSシェアカード機能
• 連続記録ストリーク機能

第3条（医療・健康情報に関する免責）

1. 本アプリが提供する栄養情報、BMR/TDEEを含むカロリー計算、PFCバランス、食事提案、運動提案は、一般的な健康情報の提供を目的としたものであり、医療行為、医学的助言、診断、または治療を構成するものではありません。
2. 本アプリの情報は、厚生労働省「日本人の食事摂取基準」等の公的ガイドラインおよび一般的な栄養学に基づいていますが、個人の健康状態に適合することを保証するものではありません。
3. 健康上の問題、食事制限、持病等がある場合は、必ず医師、管理栄養士等の専門家に相談してください。
4. 本アプリの情報に基づいて行った行動により生じたいかなる損害についても、開発者は一切の責任を負いません。

第4条（サブスクリプション）

1. 本アプリは「しばサポーター」と称するプレミアム機能を、自動更新サブスクリプション（月額プラン・年額プラン）として提供します。
2. 月額プラン：¥480/月（税込）で自動更新されます。
3. 年額プラン：¥3,900/年（税込）で自動更新されます。
4. 支払いはApple IDに紐付けられた支払い方法を通じて、Appleにより処理されます。
5. サブスクリプションの購入状態、復元、有効判定にはRevenueCatを利用する場合があります。決済処理そのものはApple社のApp Store決済システムを通じて行われます。
6. サブスクリプションは、現在の期間が終了する24時間前までにキャンセルしない限り、自動的に更新されます。
7. サブスクリプションの管理・キャンセルは、iPhoneの「設定」＞「Apple ID」＞「サブスクリプション」から行えます。
8. 無料トライアル期間がある場合、トライアル期間終了後に自動的に有料サブスクリプションに移行します。未使用のトライアル期間は、サブスクリプション購入時に失効します。
9. 本アプリが有料アプリとして販売されていた期間中に購入したユーザー（以下「初期サポーター」）には、感謝の特典として、しばサポーターの全プレミアム機能を無期限かつ無料でご利用いただけます。この特典はアプリ内で自動的に判定・適用されるため、特別な手続きは不要です。
10. 初期サポーター特典は、有料販売期間中にアプリをインストールしたApple IDに限り適用されます。Apple IDの変更やアプリの再インストール等により特典が適用されなくなった場合、開発者は復旧の義務を負いません。

第5条（知的財産権）

本アプリのコンテンツ（テキスト、画像、デザイン、キャラクター、アイコン等）に関する著作権およびその他の知的財産権は、開発者に帰属します。

第6条（禁止事項）

ユーザーは以下の行為を行ってはなりません：

• 本アプリの逆コンパイル、リバースエンジニアリング、改変
• 本アプリのコンテンツの無断複製・再配布
• 本アプリを利用した違法行為

第7条（データの取り扱い）

1. 本アプリで入力されたデータ（身体情報、食事記録、運動記録等）は、原則としてユーザーのデバイス内にのみ保存され、開発者側の外部サーバー等に収集・送信されることはありません。
2. ユーザーがApple ヘルスケア連携を許可した場合に限り、歩数・カロリーデータをヘルスケアから読み取って画面に表示し、および体重・水分摂取量をApple ヘルスケア（HealthKit）に自動書き込み・同期します。
3. 本アプリは広告収入による無料提供維持のため、Google AdMobを導入しています。バナー広告、インタースティシャル広告、リワード広告の表示、およびパーソナライズされた広告表示や配信の最適化を目的として、ユーザーの同意（ATT: App Tracking Transparency許可）に基づき、端末識別子（IDFA）や広告利用状況データがGoogleおよび第三者配信事業者によって収集・使用される場合があります。詳細については、HealthyMeal プライバシーポリシーをご参照ください。
4. 本アプリはサブスクリプション状態の確認、購入の復元、プレミアム機能の有効判定のためRevenueCatを利用する場合があります。
5. リワード広告によるアプリ内ボーナスは、広告を最後まで視聴した場合に付与されます。通信環境、広告在庫、端末状態等により広告が表示されない場合やボーナスを付与できない場合があります。

第8条（免責事項）

1. 開発者は、本アプリの内容の正確性、完全性、有用性について、いかなる保証も行いません。
2. 本アプリの利用により生じた直接的・間接的な損害について、開発者は一切の責任を負いません。
3. 本アプリは「現状有姿（AS IS）」で提供されます。
4. 通信環境、デバイスの状態等により、本アプリが正常に動作しない場合がありますが、開発者はこれについて責任を負いません。
5. 法令上、開発者の責任を完全に免除できない場合であっても、開発者が負う損害賠償責任の上限は、ユーザーが本アプリに対して実際に支払った金額を上限とします。

第9条（規約の変更）

開発者は、必要に応じて本規約を変更できるものとします。変更後の利用規約は、本アプリ内またはApp Store上で公開した時点で効力を生じます。

第10条（準拠法・管轄）

本規約は日本法に準拠し、本規約に関する紛争については、沖縄地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

Article 1 (Application)

These Terms of Use (the "Terms") set forth the conditions of use for the iOS application "HealthyMeal - AI Meal Plans and Beginner Workout Management" (the "App") provided by the developer. Users are deemed to have agreed to these Terms by downloading or using the App.

Article 2 (Service Content)

The App provides the following services:

• AI meal plan suggestions
• Calculation and display of nutritional balance (PFC)
• Beginner-friendly strength training suggestions
• Water intake and body weight record management
• Growth elements using a Shiba dog character
• Reminder functions through push notifications (meals, hydration, and workouts)
• Integration with Apple Health (HealthKit) (displaying steps and active energy burned, and automatically writing body weight and water data)
• Estimated display of basal metabolic rate (BMR), total daily energy expenditure (TDEE), and target calorie intake according to weight loss or weight gain periods
• SNS share card feature
• Consecutive record streak feature

Article 3 (Disclaimer Regarding Medical and Health Information)

1. The nutritional information, calorie calculations including BMR/TDEE, PFC balance, meal suggestions, and exercise suggestions provided by the App are intended to provide general health information and do not constitute medical practice, medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
2. The information in the App is based on public guidelines such as the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare's "Dietary Reference Intakes for Japanese" and general nutrition science, but it does not guarantee suitability for an individual's health condition.
3. If you have health issues, dietary restrictions, chronic illnesses, or similar concerns, be sure to consult a physician, registered dietitian, or other specialist.
4. The developer assumes no responsibility for any damages arising from actions taken based on the information in the App.

Article 4 (Subscription)

1. The App provides premium features called "Shiba Supporter" as an auto-renewable subscription (monthly plan and annual plan).
2. Monthly plan: Automatically renews at ¥480/month (tax included).
3. Annual plan: Automatically renews at ¥3,900/year (tax included).
4. Payment is processed by Apple through the payment method linked to the user's Apple ID.
5. RevenueCat may be used to determine the purchase status, restoration, and validity of subscriptions. The payment processing itself is carried out through Apple's App Store payment system.
6. The subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
7. Subscriptions can be managed and canceled from iPhone Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
8. If a free trial period is available, it will automatically convert to a paid subscription after the trial period ends. Any unused portion of the trial period will be forfeited when a subscription is purchased.
9. Users who purchased the App during the period when it was sold as a paid app ("Early Supporters") can use all Shiba Supporter premium features indefinitely and free of charge as a thank-you benefit. This benefit is automatically determined and applied within the App, so no special procedure is required.
10. The Early Supporter benefit applies only to the Apple ID that installed the App during the paid sales period. If the benefit is no longer applied due to a change of Apple ID, reinstallation of the App, or similar reasons, the developer has no obligation to restore it.

Article 5 (Intellectual Property Rights)

Copyrights and other intellectual property rights related to the App's content (text, images, designs, characters, icons, and similar materials) belong to the developer.

Article 6 (Prohibited Acts)

Users must not engage in the following acts:

• Decompiling, reverse engineering, or modifying the App
• Unauthorized reproduction or redistribution of the App's content
• Illegal acts using the App

Article 7 (Handling of Data)

1. Data entered in the App (physical information, meal records, exercise records, and similar data) is, in principle, stored only on the user's device and is not collected or transmitted to external servers or similar systems on the developer side.
2. Only when the user permits Apple Health integration, the App reads step count and calorie data from Health and displays it on the screen, and automatically writes and syncs body weight and water intake to Apple Health (HealthKit).
3. To maintain free provision of the App through advertising revenue, the App uses Google AdMob. For the display of banner ads, interstitial ads, and rewarded ads, and for personalized ad display and delivery optimization, device identifiers (IDFA) and ad usage data may be collected and used by Google and third-party ad providers based on user consent (ATT: App Tracking Transparency permission). 4. The App may use RevenueCat to confirm subscription status, restore purchases, and determine the validity of premium features.
5. In-app bonuses from rewarded ads are granted when the ad is watched to the end. Depending on the communication environment, ad inventory, device status, and similar conditions, ads may not be displayed or bonuses may not be granted.

Article 8 (Disclaimer)

1. The developer makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of the content of the App.
2. The developer assumes no responsibility for any direct or indirect damages arising from use of the App.
3. The App is provided "as is" (AS IS).
4. The App may not operate normally depending on the communication environment, device condition, or similar factors, and the developer assumes no responsibility for this.
5. Even if the developer's liability cannot be completely exempted under laws and regulations, the upper limit of the developer's liability for damages shall be the amount actually paid by the user for the App.

Article 9 (Changes to the Terms)

The developer may change these Terms as necessary. The revised Terms of Use take effect when published in the App or on the App Store.

Article 10 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan, and the Okinawa District Court shall be the exclusive court of agreed jurisdiction in the first instance for disputes related to these Terms.
